Spiced pumpkin mousse - with an electric mixer, blend all spices with 1 block of softened cream cheese, 3 cups of Cool Whip, ¼ cup of sugar, and 1 can of 100% pure pumpkin. Chill for 1 hour. Delicious served with graham crackers, apple slices, pumpkin pie or animal crackers. Perfect icing/topping for spice or gingerbread cakes, and pumpkin logs.
