Sour Cream and Dill Cucumber Salad Spice Mix
Mix spices with 1/2 C mayonnaise, 3/4 C sour cream, 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar & 2 TBSP minced fresh dill (optional). Fold into 4 peeled thinly sliced cucumbers, 1 med.-Ig. onion sliced thin. Chill 1 hour. For a creamier salad remove cucumber seeds & lay out slices on paper for 30 minutes to remove some liquid.
