Elevate your cooking with Aimee’s Blue Ribbon Spices and experience the difference that quality and love can make in every dish. Pig Out! Pork- Sear 3-6 lb pork shoulder in 3 TBSP oil. Put all spices on, roast & place in a dutch oven/baking dish. Add 2 sliced onions, 2 apples cored/cut in wedges, pan dipping's, and cover. Bake at 300° till center meat reaches 180°. Temp test after 2 hours. Cook slow & low till reaches 180. Discard onions & apples. Slice or shred to serve. Turn juices into gravy (optional). May be also used as a dry rub on pork chops, loin, ribs & ham. Ingredients: Onion, Garlic, Rosemary, Basil, Thyme, Savory, Red Bell Pepper, Cinnamon, Orange peel, Paprika, Spices, Salt.
