MMM... Fried Potatoes Seasoning Spice Mix:
Mix all the spices with 1/2 cup of olive oil, then toss with 3 to 4 pounds of fresh or frozen cubed or sliced potatoes. Pan-fry or roast in the oven until tender. This spice mix is also fantastic on roasted vegetables, steak, as a marinade, and on roasted chicken. It's incredibly versatile.
