Dilly Cucumber Dip Mix:
Mix all the spices with 2 cups of sour cream or Greek yogurt. Peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds, & dice them into small pieces. Spread the diced cucumbers on a paper towel for at least 30 minutes to drain. Stir together. Optional: add 2 tablespoons of freshly minced dill & two cloves of minced garlic.
