Ingredients: Onion, Chili Power, Celery, Oregano, Chives, Paprika, Lemon Peel, Pepper, Spices, no salt.
Chili Seasoning - Soup Spice Mix:
Brown 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef or pork sausage on low heat with 1 large chopped onion and 1 chopped green bell pepper until tender. Add 2- 28-Oz. cans of crushed tomatoes, all the spices, and 1-14-ounce can of fire-roasted diced tomatoes (with the liquid). Stir in 1 can of rinsed kidney beans and 2 cans of chili beans. Simmer on low for at least one hour. If desired, add tomato juice to thin the mixture.
