Cheesy Potato Casserole Spice Mix:
Mix all spices with 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 3/4 cup of sour cream, 4-5 cups of frozen shredded or cubed potatoes, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir. Put mixture into a greased 9x9 pan. Top with an additional cup of shredded cheese. Bake uncovered at 375°F for 25 to 35 minutes.
Ingredients: onion, chives, garlic,, red pepper flakes, Low salt.
This mix is available with a “NO SALT” option. However with salt is the way this recipe was created for optimum flavor.
