Want a gluten free mac & cheese easy just replace regular noodles with your favorite GLUTEN FREE NOODLES. Recipe On Spice Label See Photo Bistro Mac & Cheese Casserole: Cook 2 1/2 C elbow macaroni noodles & drain. Over medium-low heat, melt 1/2 C butter. Whisk in 1/4 C flour until smooth. Gradually add 2 cups milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a low boil & continue stirring until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in all spices, 1 1/2 C of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 C Parmesan cheese, 4 oz. cream cheese & 1/2 C sour cream. Add cooked noodles & mix well. Put in to a greased casserole dish. Top with 1/2 C of cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 uncovered 25-30 mins. Ingredients: Onion, Chive, Garlic, Pepper, Spices, Low Salt. Nt. Wt. 0.63 oz.
